Hi! I'm Cassidy


I've been on a journey to find what embodying balance means for a long time. I share it all on IG as @cassidyeats and in 2020 received the Ripple Award from Oprah for my impact on my community. It's been quite the ride!

I'm a trained behavior change expert, content creator, and lifestyle/wellness coach with a personal experience of struggling with diet culture for most of my life. I refuse to accept that your life has to feel like a struggle in order to make any progress.

I describe my coaching as showing you 'how' when it comes to upgrading your mindset and building healthy sustainable habits.

Is this course diet culture focused?

While I know a lot of us struggle with diet culture and struggles with food, this course is not exclusive to this topic. Many of us struggle with all or nothing thinking -- in our careers, finances, relationships, etc.
